The Brief

Beefeater Gin were looking for a fresh and engaging way to welcome their new graduate intake into the business. Rather than a traditional induction, they wanted an experience that would help graduates get to know one another, meet wider team members and become fully immersed in the Beefeater brand – all in a fun, memorable way.

To bring this to life, Beefeater Gin approached Big Smoke Events to create a fully personalised Scavenger Hunt for their graduate induction.

The Solution

We designed a bespoke Scavenger Hunt across London’s Southbank, created specifically to break the ice and instantly bring the new graduates together.

Participants were thrown into a series of fun, interactive challenges that encouraged collaboration, creativity and plenty of laughter. Every challenge was carefully tailored around Beefeater’s brand values, testing the graduates’ existing knowledge while reinforcing key messages in an engaging and memorable way.

The format allowed new starters to connect naturally, learn about the brand and feel part of the wider Beefeater team from day one.

The Result

The Scavenger Hunt created the perfect platform for connections, memories and shared stories, helping the graduates feel welcomed, included and confident as they began their journey with the company.
