Case Study: Capgemini Leadership Programme Scavenger Hunt
Capgemini | Programme Finale | Team Building Event
The Brief
Capgemini approached Big Smoke Events to create a fun, celebratory experience to mark the conclusion of their Leadership Development Programme.
They were keen for the event to feel meaningful as well as entertaining, asking us to incorporate specific locations and references linked to both the programme and the wider business. The aim was to bring participants together, celebrate their achievements and end the programme on a high.
The Solution
We delivered a fully personalised Big Smoke Scavenger Hunt, designed specifically for Capgemini’s programme finale.
The hunt featured cryptic clues, company-focused puzzles and bespoke challenges, all tailored to reflect Capgemini’s values and the journey participants had been on throughout the programme. Alongside the problem-solving, we included creative challenges that generated plenty of hilarious moments – and footage – for teams to enjoy together afterwards.
The format struck the perfect balance between challenge, creativity and celebration, making it an ideal fit for a leadership programme finale.
The Result
The Scavenger Hunt provided a jubilant and memorable conclusion to the programme. Teams embraced the opportunity to work together in a different environment, showcasing creativity, collaboration and plenty of laughter.
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the final presentations and shared highlights producing some of the biggest laughs of the day – a true celebration of both individual and collective success.
