The Brief

LoyaltyLion booked The Big Smoke Festive Giant Jenga Challenge Show as part of their Christmas celebrations, looking for an event that would be high-energy, competitive and fun, while bringing the whole team together at the end of the year.

The brief was simple: create an experience that felt festive, interactive and engaging – one that encouraged participation, laughter and friendly rivalry from the very first moment.

The Solution

We delivered a Festive Giant Jenga Challenge Show, transforming the space into a buzzing arena of competition.

Four Giant Jenga towers were set up, each surrounded by teams ready to compete. From the very first block pull, the energy in the room was electric. Every time a tower fell, the room erupted – cheers, groans and frantic rebuilding as teams raced to get back in the game.

To elevate the experience, we layered in fully personalised, festive challenges, blending classic Jenga gameplay with Christmas-themed twists. Teams earned extra points through:

  • Festive Pictionary challenges

  • Guess-the-character rounds

  • Company-themed questions tailored to LoyaltyLion

The standout moment came with the Christmas Cup Challenge, where teams had to build the tallest tower possible using festive cups. Concentration levels soared – closely followed by competitiveness.

The Result

The event delivered exactly what LoyaltyLion were looking for: a room filled with laughter, light-hearted rivalry and genuine team bonding.

Colleagues cheered each other on, celebrated every win (and wobble), and became fully immersed in the experience. By the end, the atmosphere was festive, competitive and completely present – a perfect way to bring the team together at Christmas.
