The Brief

HAVAS approached us looking for a fun, unique and engaging experience for their summer party. Having previously booked our Scavenger Hunt, they were keen to try something different – an event that would surprise and entertain their 50 employees while still offering an element of challenge and friendly competition.

The brief was clear: fresh, exciting and unlike anything they’d done before.

The Solution

We designed a Big Smoke Magic Bingo Challenge Show – a fast-paced, high-energy experience that reimagined bingo in a completely unexpected way.

Teams competed in a game of bingo… but not as they knew it. While watching a live, fast-moving magic show, participants had to carefully observe what was happening on stage, marking off words, actions and moments from their bingo cards as they appeared in real time.

Between rounds, we introduced bespoke, personalised challenges, giving individuals and teams the chance to earn extra points through creativity, quick thinking and collaboration. The format tested observation skills, adaptability and imagination – all while keeping the energy high and the room fully engaged.

The Result

The Magic Bingo Challenge Show delivered a mesmerising, exhilarating and highly interactive summer party experience. Taking place at the end of the working day, it allowed teams to unwind, relax and fully immerse themselves in the fun.

While the competitive structure created individual challenges and winners, the event ultimately brought everyone together. With points awarded for creativity as well as accuracy, teams could adopt different tactics, ensuring everyone had a chance to shine.

The result was a unique team-bonding experience that balanced entertainment, competition and shared laughter – leaving HAVAS with an event their team won’t forget.
