The Brief

Trustpilot were looking for a fast-paced, inclusive virtual experience that would connect their global team through laughter, creativity and friendly competition.

With colleagues based across different locations, the event needed to work seamlessly online while still delivering the energy, engagement and team connection of an in-person activity.

The Solution

We delivered a Virtual Scavenger Hunt designed to keep momentum high from start to finish.

The event began with an energetic group briefing, before 40 participants were split into eight teams and sent into breakout rooms. From there, teams tackled a mix of creative photo missions, puzzles and location-based challenges – all completed from home.

Throughout the hunt, Big Smoke Events hosts dropped into breakout rooms to capture standout moments, motivate teams and keep the atmosphere upbeat. The format encouraged collaboration, quick thinking and creativity, ensuring everyone could get involved regardless of role or location.
