 Step-by-step in creating a bespoke company event with The Big Smoke Events

  1.         Enquiry stage

As your initial enquiry lands in our inbox, we will always offer a call. This helps us to fully understand your vision for your event and understand your agenda. We will discuss our events through with you and ensure you have all relevant details to share with the deciding team.

  1.         Booking stage

We will send you through our booking details – these will include your date, time, address of event as well as how you would like to personalise your event. We run events that range from 45mins to half day packages and these are completely tailored to you. We always aim to be as flexible as possible to design our events to fit into your agenda – we’re pretty easy as all we need on our side is a HDMI compatible screen & sound system and even then, not with our Personalised Team Trivia Quiz which is our zero-technology event !

  1.         Creation stage

Once we have received deposit, we will brief the creative team on what to include into the event. We will always personalise to your company but if you have specific theme of the day or company milestones/celebrations you like us to incorporate then we absolutely can! We have created Pride themed Scavenger Hunts for Pride Month, added extra quiz rounds to truly celebrate architecture for an architecture firm and shout out to our Under the (O)Sea theme for a Scavenger Hunt ran on the remote Essex island, Osea!

  1.         Delivery stage

You will have an honoury member of The Big Smoke team to support you on the day. Our professional hosts will arrive early to set up and be on hand to handle any other questions from the team. You can sit back and enjoy your event with your colleagues knowing you are in good hands with The Big Smoke Events.
