BESPOKE FESTIVE QUIZ

“It was amazing to Celebrate Christmas across 11 different time zones. Such great fun and feeling festive already”

Christmas 2020 was certainly a strange one - and never more important to bring company teams together. We worked with the Global Kraft Heinz legal team to create an interactive bespoke quiz. From South America, to Hong Kong we had people attending from all over the world.

Our first step was to figure out a time when maximum attendance was possible. We managed to make it work for 11 different time zones and had over 100 people join us live on zoom.

Second was to create 5 rounds of trivia to make the team feel both special, and festive. Our personalised trivia really helps teams get to know each other which is so important for both global and remote teams who can’t have a chat at the coffee machine every now and again.

We started with some KraftHeinz facts such as:

  • Ex. In which decade was Heinz Tomato Ketchup officially approved by NASA for use in the international Space Station?

Found out about the team:

  • Ex. What was the difference in longest and shortest standing team members time in the company (in months)

And finished with some Festive music from around the world! (Music always leaves people on a high!)
All in all a great global event for the KraftHeinz team!
