unique summer party scavenger hunt: race across AHMM

The BRIEF: 

Back in May, we were contacted by AHMM (Alfred Hall Monaghan Morris) an architecture company who reached out to us to create a completely bespoke project for 120 participants. The brief was to include as many of their fantastic buildings as possible across an afternoon as part of their summer party championing their London builds, bringing together teams from up & down the UK but mainly of course, having fun.

The SOLUTION: Using our award-winning Scavenger Hunt and the inspiration from the hit TV show, Race Across The World, Race Across AHMM was born. We expanded the hunt to a 4 hours & created a scoring system that gave teams more points the further they travelled around the capital. Clues, riddles & anagrams were created to point teams towards different AHMM buildings & complete the challenge that goes along with it (the human pyramid was a particular highlight!) We designed 5 bonus challenges (& a release video) which was shown to the teams prior to the event to allow them to plan & get more points! Teams were scored throughout the hunt & we ended at Tower Hamlets Town Hall for a hilarious highlight screening of the teams antics.

The RESULT: This fully bespoke event was playful, competitive & ticked all the boxes of the brief. Every team got into the spirit of the competition & worked hard to complete as many challenges as possible. Teams were delighted with the personalisation which kept it relevant for everyone in the company & the highlight presentation wrapped up the event with camaraderie, joy & a whole lot of laughter.

This then ended with the screening of the video at the evening part of our party to 300 guests.
