Our step by step guide to the ultimate event

STEP 1 = Connection!

Like minds create fab events so we want to get to know all your ideas and key objectives so we can start building your event from the ground up. We believe in the round table approach, establishing a strong working relationship with all the stake holders is very important for planning and scaling opportunities as they arise.

At this stage we recommend demoing our uniquely structured event experiences (online) so that everyone is on board and ready to ask lots of questions of us! And by the way there is no such thing as a crazy idea!

STEP 2 = Nitty gritty

We present your event plan for consideration which also may include some of our other rather useful services like location finding and additional production ideas. This where you get to be creative too! Ideas are bounced around; the all-important financials are locked down and the final brief is approved with your date in the diary!

STEP 3 = Delivery Day

Everyone is buzzing because the day has arrived for us to deliver a fabulous event for your company! Our friendly and professional event staff have been primed and have double checked all the details head of time. the location looks great, and we’ve still got a little time to spare for any last second tweaks. Once your event has been delivered we’ll produce images and videos at your request for your company’s Hall Of Fame ☺
